Let’s get started with this month’s updates:

Execute documents on WhatsApp at a reduced pricing

This update is regarding WhatsApp Pings - which lets you send eSign invites on WhatsApp.

Previously our pricing model reflected Meta’s pricing model, which was complex and expensive but with the new Meta pricing - we’ve been able to simplify it for our customers.

Going forward, customers will not have to pay a per-day charge to execute documents on WhatsApp; instead, there will be flat pricing per invitee for a document.

This means you can send eSign invites on WhatsApp at a significantly lower cost.

Verify the signer’s Aadhaar in NeSL eSign

The next update is a new feature launch - Aadhaar eSign verification for NeSL.

Using someone else’s Aadhaar to eSign is a common fraud attempt. To stop such fraudulent attempts, we have the Aadhaar eSign verifier with which you can verify the signer's Aadhaar details like name, gender, state, and pin code for Aadhaar eSigns.

Up until now, this feature was only available for direct Aadhaar eSigns

We’ve partnered with NeSL to bring you this feature for NeSL Aadhaar eSigns too. Now, you can match the signer’s Aadhaar details like name, gender, and year of birth with the one that they input at the time of eSigning.
