Aadhaar eSign Verifier - Prevent signers from using an unauthorized Aadhaar for eSigning

Signers sometimes use the Aadhaar of a family member or friend to eSign documents.

You are entering into an agreement with a specific person - but the eSign is of someone else. This poses fraud, compliance, and enforcement risk for you as your agreement is signed by a third party.

Here's a look at the maximum percentage of transactions our clients were able to block for using the wrong Aadhaar:

Such high rates of eSiging with wrong Aadhaar leaves you vulnerable to fraud.

We built Aadhaar eSign Verifier to help you overcome this serious compliance risk.

With Aadhaar eSign Verifier, you will be able to automatically reject or flag a document if the signer uses someone else’s Aadhaar to eSign

Aadhaar eSign Verifier consists of 2 distinct capabilities:

  1. An Aadhaar eSign Certificate Verifier cross-references data - such as year of birth, gender, or pin code - that the signer has shared with you (either via KYC or form filling) with their Electronic Signature Certificate (via Aadhaar or DSC).

Any mismatch leads to rejection of the signature - safeguarding your document from incorrect signatures.

  1. An AI Based Aadhaar eSign Smart Verifier that allows setting a similarity threshold for name matching - rejecting only those below the threshold. This ensures that minor differences in names on Aadhaar (common in India) don't result in mismatches.

For example, if a signer usually spells their name as "Akanksha" but their own Aadhaar says "Akaanksha" - you can ensure that the sign is not rejected via our AI Verifier.
