Notification Logs

About the Feature
In eSigning journeys, notifications - like the eSign invite - triggered for the customer sometimes don’t reach them due to non-delivery, spammed inboxes, service provider issues, etc.
Often there is no way for banks to ascertain if eSign notifications are reaching the signer unless you reach out to your eSign vendor. Depending on the availability of their support team, getting this information might take up to an hour or more.
In the meantime, your relationship manager would be bombarded with customer queries on when the issue would be resolved.
Without visibility into the issue, the RM cannot determine the next steps.
The signer grows impatient by the minute. Eventually, they either drop off or remember your process as tedious and unsupportive.
This is why we built Notification Logs on the new Leegality Dashboard - a comprehensive rundown of
- Notification triggered for the customer
- Their status - sent/delivered/read/alert
- Timestamps for each status
- Remarks on why the notifications were not delivered
Notification Logs help your relationship manager proactively see if the eSign link or notifications have reached the signer. If the notification is not delivered on any of the channels, it also helps them quickly identify the cause of the issue and take the relevant next steps to solve it at the earliest.
Used by all clients using the new Leegality Dashboard
- Comprehensive Tracking: View a complete history of notifications (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) sent to each invitee, including status updates like Sent, Delivered, Read, or Error.
- Instant Verification: Quickly confirm whether an invitee has received and interacted with your message, helping you address potential issues like missed or delayed notifications.
- Detailed Status Logs: Get specific information for each notification, including the channel used, notification type, timestamp, and status remarks for better visibility.
Useful in all digital documentation journeys where notifications are crucial, such as:
- When your signer is unable to find/receive their eSign Invite
- When signer has not received the signed document
